Our Story
It started with two friends and one simple observation — everyone misses home food.
Shaheena Deshmukh, with deep roots in traditional Maharashtrian cooking, and Jayanth Ramasami, a passionate builder of social ventures, noticed how urban life had distanced people from the food they grew up loving.
They asked: “What if we could give every home cook a platform, and every eater a plate of love?”
With that idea, Her Tale was born — a digital bridge between kitchens and craving hearts.
From homemakers in Pune to hungry professionals in Mumbai, we are crafting a community where food becomes a source of identity, income, and impact.
What started with one dish and two dreamers is now a growing network of hundreds of women, thousands of meals, and countless stories.
